The National Football League announced Tuesday that junior cornerback Joshua Moore is one of 53 NCAA football players who have been granted early eligibility for the 2010 NFL Draft.
Moore enjoyed a solid 2009 campaign in which the Wildcats fell one win shy of bowl eligibility and a Big 12 North division title. During his junior season, Moore was second on the team with 64 total tackles, including 4.5 behind the line of scrimmage. He also recorded 1.5 quarterback sacks, a pair of interceptions and forced a fumble.
In three seasons at K-State, the native of Pampano Beach, Fla., accumulated 175 career stops ‘- 12 for negative yardage ‘- and six interceptions.
