A one vehicle accident occurred on Sunday afternoon at the intersection of Jerusalem Road and Tuttle Creek Boulevard according to a report from the Riley County Police Department.
Kurt Cibolski, 19, of Blue Rapids, Kan. was transported to Mercy Regional Health Center by EMS and treated for minor injuries after his Mercury Cougar hit a guard rail.
