It's post-season basketball time, and the K-State men and women were both in action over spring break. The men bowed out in the first round of the big 12 tournament in Oklahoma City, and in turn missed out on the NCAA tournament. The women also lost in the quarterfinals of the big 12 tournament, but they did grab a number 5 seed in the NCAA tournament. The men then beat Illinois State in the first round of the NIT, but fell two days later at San Diego State. K-State's women's squad rolled Drexel in the first round of NCAA play, but then lost a second round game for the 5th time in a row to Vanderbilt.
