To all the students who attended [Tuesday] night's game,

I hope you all made it home safely. I wanted to personally thank you for braving the winter storm to support your team [Tuesday] night as we took on Xavier. You demonstrated true commitment to K-State Basketball, and we are grateful to have such an amazing student section. The energy you brought to the arena helped us to a big 71-56 victory. On behalf of our student athletes, coaches and support staff, thank you for giving us an amazing home court advantage [Tuesday] night!

Coach, we are watching and supporting the team and your efforts from Atlanta. Great job by all! Class act, good D and fun to watch. Retiring to Manhattan soon and will be season ticket holders. Keep pushing. Good luck Sat night. We will be watching via the web.

A message to Coach Frank Martin: You are a class act. I realize that from time to time you become somewhat animated during games, but that just shows how much you have for the players, the game and this school. You didn't have to send the students this message, but the fact is...you did, and that was a VERY classy move. Thank you, Coach.
