Two rapes were reported to the Riley County Police Department Saturday, according to a report.
A 45-year-old woman reported being a victim of rape and aggravated burglary by a person known to the alleged victim in south central Manhattan.
A 19-year-old female reported being raped in north central Manhattan, also by a person known to the victim. No arrests have been made.
Saadia Gandossy, 33, of 1929 Crescent Drive, was arrested Saturday for aggravated battery and criminal restraint.
RCPD Lt. Kurt Moldrup said she allegedly struck Roy Payne, 41, several times with a straight baton to his extremities during a confrontation.
Luke Johnson, 46, was arrested for aggravated assault and battery, after attacking Rodney Atkins, 28, with two metal bars.
He threatened Atkins with a box cutter and then fled. Johnson is confined on $5,000 bond.
