Derek Price Teel, homeless, was booked for two counts of theft; for possesion of opiates, opium or narcotics; for possession of drug paraphernalia; for criminal trespassing; and for driving with a canceled, suspended or revoked license. Bond was set at $4,000.
Tony Donnell Toliver, of the 1300 block of Colorado Street, was booked for probation violation. Bond was set at $500.
