The no. 4 K-State Wildcats maintained their position as the only undefeated team in the Big 12 Conference Saturday night in Morgantown, W. Va. as they defeated the No. 13 Mountaineers, 55-14.

This game was one sided from the very start as the Wildcats jumped out to a 24-0 start. West Virginia was able to put up a single touchdown in the first half off of a kickoff return, but it would not phase K-State; the Wildcats took a 31-7 lead into halftime.

K-State’s defense would not let up in the second half, as it only allowed the Mountaineers to score one more time in the second half. K-State’s offense, on the other hand, could not stay out of the end zone.

Leading the way for K-State was senior quarterback Collin Klein who accounted for 364 total yards and seven total touchdowns.

K-State is now 7-0 overall and 4-0 in Big 12 play.
