Singer-songwriter Andrew Ripp paid a visit to K-State Thursday evening as the headlining artist at this year’s fifth-annual Momorial concert in All Faiths Chapel. Ripp, a resident of Nashville, Tenn., entertained students with his compositions incorporating pop, gospel and combinations of several other genres. Momorial is an annual philanthropy concert organized by Delta Sigma Phi, Alpha Xi Delta and the Union Program Council in memory of Mo Meyer, a member of Delta Sigma Phi who was killed in an auto accident in 2008. The popular event was moved from its usual location on the Anderson Lawn to All Faiths Chapel due to the threat of inclement weather.
