The K-State Wildcats finally got their first Big 12 win on Saturday with a 35-12 victory over the West Virginia Mountaineers.

Quarterback Jake Waters had arguably his best game of the season, throwing three touchdown passes and racking up 198 yards. He also completed 10-of-13 pass attempts in the game.

K-State actually trailed the Mountaineers 12-7 with over 10 minutes left in the third quarter. But 28 unanswered second half points by the Wildcats buried the Mountaineers.

The Wildcats are now 3-4 overall and 1-3 in Big 12 play. They host Iowa State next Saturday.
