The No. 6 K-State Wildcats concluded their strong home season on Saturday, defeating No. 9 TCU 10-9.
“Being undefeated at home is something that we have not been able to accomplish since I started coaching for eight years,” head coach Casie Maxwell said, according to K-State sports. “That is a testament to our seniors and our leadership. They knew how important that was and that they wanted that in their record books.”
The Wildcats will be back in action on March 28-29 when they travel to Waco, Texas for the Big 12 Championships. K-State will be the No. 4 seed in the bracket in Waco.
