Finals week is usually a week filled to the brim with stress and studying for final exams, however, that was not the case last night at Hale Library, the usual citadel of studying. After gathering in Bosco Plaza, about a thousand K-State students, some dressed up in costumes such as an abominable snow monster, a chicken, or a unicorn, stormed into the main entrance of the library to blaring dance music at about 11:15pm, beginning what was known as HALEstorm, part II, after students did the same thing four years ago during finals week. Participants continued to rave for about thirty minutes as people crammed themselves into the main foyer, and many brave souls tried their hand at crowd surfing as many who had heard the ruckus from other parts of the library ran to watch.
