In room 117, there is one dead adult bed bug on the mattress of the wall bed. Employee stated they have a licensed pest control operator that comes out bi-weekly for preventative maintenance.

Also in the same room, there was a working container holding a blue liquid. The employee stated it was glass cleaner. Corrected on site; three bottles labeled with the common names.
4-27-12(d) In the laundry room storage closet, there was one can of Black Flag Ant & Roach Killer (EPA#9688-246) not approved for lodging or food establishments. Employee stated he is using it in guest rooms when needed. Corrected on site; cans removed from lodging establishment.
