Thomas Gipson was arrested on suspicion of driving while his license was revoked and speeding Wednesday, according to the Junction City Post.
The arrest was confirmed by the Geary County Police Department on Thursday afternoon.
Gipson was pulled over near the Interstate 70 and U.S. Highway 77 interchange at 11:56 a.m. for allegedly driving 80 mph in a 65 mph zone, leading to the discovery of his license status and subsequent arrest. The senior forward was released on $1,000 bond from the Geary County Detention Center.
