DiscoverE’s Future City Competition is a non-profit educational program that asks middle-school students to imagine, design, and build cities of the future. On Jan. 24, 2015, over 30 teams of middle school students from the Great Plains created future cities in large tabletop models for the competition. Participants showcased their projects to parents and guests in Rathbone Hall and proceeded with presentations to judges in various rooms of the College of Engineering building and Forum Hall.
