Angela Johnson-Sapp, 33, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 6:15 p.m. Monday on charges of child endangerment, domestic battery and criminal damage to property, according to the Riley County Police Department. The warrant for her arrest came from Leavenworth County, and Johnson-Sapp was given a bond of $1,500. She was not confined at the time of the report.
Earl Rogers, 35, of Manhattan, was arrested on two counts of aggravated battery, two counts of aggravated child endangerment, criminal restraint and intimidation of a victim on Monday at approximately 6:15 p.m., according to RCPD. The arrests occurred after an incident involving 26-year-old female, a 3-year-old female and a male child under the age of one. Rogers was given a bond of $50,000 and was confined at the time of the report.
