Will Spradling, former K-State Men’s Basketball player and his wife Meagan are asking for help to save their unborn child Triss. In May, doctors discovered that the baby had a mass in her lung, known as Congenital Cystic Adenomatoid Malformation.
Although 90 percent of cases of CCAM are manageable, baby Triss is part of the 10 percent that are less so.
Meagan was rushed into pre-natal surgery to help save their child. The time spent in the hospital has kept the couple away from work as their medical bills continue to grow.
Family members have set up a GoFundMe to help the newlyweds continue their treatment of baby Triss and help make ends meet.
The news has already made its way around Twitter, as Coach Weber, former teammates and others have posted about it.
