The Bayou GatorCraw Fest at Tuttle Creek State Park on Saturday July 18, 2015 highlighted what Cajun-Creole culture is about. The festival featured live bands, a live crawfish boil, gator-on-a-stick, local vendors and a Mardi Gras mini train. This unique event partnered with several community programs such as the K-State Veterans Student Organization, Manhattan Big Brothers Big Sisters and the K-State Women’s Rugby Team and donated a portion of the event’s revenue to each organization.
