Manhattan man Nemesio Ferman, 26, was arrested Saturday evening, according to the Riley County Police. Herman was arrested on a Homeland Security warrant with no bond. Authorities reported that the man was arrested at the Riley County Police Department. No information about the man or the arrest has been released by Homeland Security.
