Q: What is Ask Me Live?

Ask Me Live (AML) is a weekly event that allows anyone to ask questions of local celebrities and people of interest to the community. Everyone is encouraged to participate using the comments section located on the interview page.

Q: Do I have to sign up for anything?

No! Our comments section allows for anonymous posting. Although you have to enter an email address to post, you do not have to identify yourself. Furthermore, your email address will not be shared with any third parties beyond our technical providers. We value the privacy of our readers and the ability to participate without having to jump through any hoops.

Q: When does it take place?

The times will differ due to scheduling availability of our guests, but we plan on having a new AML session each week. We will release a schedule to let everyone know when!

Q: What can I ask the guest?

Anything! This is a chance for the community to ask what they want and connect to people who they might not otherwise be able to speak with.

Q: How long will the chats last?

Our goal is to have our guests on for at least an hour to answer as many questions as they can. This may vary depending on the guest’s schedule.

Q: Who exactly is going to appear?

While we are still building upon our guest list, we have already confirmed appearances by President Kirk Schulz and Noel Schulz, K-State coaches, Mat Droge of Riley County Police, K-State CIO Ken Stafford, and many more!

Q: When will the interview page appear?

We will have the interview page up and running 30 minutes prior to the start of the session. The page will include a little information on the guest, as well as instructions on how to post your questions. We will also send out notices on our Twitter and Facebook pages.
