Some businesses aren’t telling their customers everything


In the customer service industry, the customer is always right, as goes the saying. However, a recent trending hashtag on Twitter has brought to light the true feelings of some employees. Some are making entertaining, and hopefully sarcastic, remarks about their place of work.

However, some others are using it to voice their aggression about things that they wish that they could say to customers.

Some are actually using it to point of potential flaws in some of our service systems and our overall consumerism as well.
