Though there’s not scientific fact to back up Phil’s claims about winter, given the weather we’ve had lately I think he might actually be right this year.

According to CNN, Phil can only be understood by the president of the “Inner Circle,” the group who cares and provides for the little guy.

Also according to CNN, Phil’s accuracy is roughly 45 percent. Although, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration predicts warmer weather in our area, so maybe his accuracy will go up!
