The ambient air temperature of the unit is reading 29.9 degrees. Corrected on site, left the creamer in the unit to cool down. In the Avantco RIC, there was a squirt bottle of yogurt at 45.7 degrees. The unit doors have been opened and closed due to orders. The ambient air temperature of the unit was reading 43.2 degrees. The person in charge adjusted the temperature gauge and now it is reading 41 degrees.

In the True reach-in cooler two, there was Tomato Florentine soup at 55.1 degrees and 43.4 degrees and made on March 1, buffalo chicken chili at 63.2 degrees and made on March 3, gravy at 54.1 degrees, 54.2 degrees, 53 degrees and made on March 3, marinara sauce at 44.2 degrees and made on March 1, Alfredo sauce at 47.8 degrees and made on March 1, ground beef sausage mix at 46.8 degrees and made on March 1. These items are made on site. The ambient air temperature of the unit was reading 38.7 degrees. The air flow in the unit was blocked and they put the hot items in the unit straight from the steam table. The products were not able to cool down to 41 degrees within six hours.
