In-A-Chord, K-State’s a cappella group, and the K-State Singers, K-State’s show choir, joined forces to present a joint concert for the first time ever the evening of Friday, April 22, 2016, in McCain Auditorium. The second half included a surprise, as K-State Singers member Mark Hay, senior in theater, proposed to girlfriend Ali Dawes, ’15 graduate in communications sciences and disorders, onstage during the Singers’ portion of the concert.
