The Purple Power Play in the Park took place in Manhattan City Park on Sept. 15, 2016. The event invited people of all ages to come enjoy vendors and various entertainment to celebrate the start of the Kansas State football season and the first home game which which take place at Bill Snyder Family Stadium on Sept. 17, 2016. The event takes place from Sept. 15-16, 2016.
