2016 Homecoming Week Events Schedule

The theme of Kansas State Homecoming Week 2016 is “Growing Up Purple,” as announced by the K-State Alumni Association and Student Homecoming Committee. According to K-State’s website, all Homecoming Week events are open to the public. More information regarding Homecoming Week 2016 is available on K-State’s homecoming website.

Tuesday, Oct. 18

  • 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Paint the Ville
  • 8 p.m. Wildcat Request Live

Thursday, Oct. 20

  • 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Student Ambassador elections
  • 6-8 p.m. Children’s Carnival

Friday, Oct. 21

  • 3-5:30 p.m. Trick-or-Treat in Aggieville
  • 5 p.m. Homecoming Parade
  • Pep Rally, immediately following the finish of the parade, Larry Norvell Band Shell, City Park

Saturday, Oct. 22

  • 9-10:30 a.m. Homecoming Pregame, Cat Town
  • K-State Volleyball vs. West Virginia
  • 11 a.m. K-State Football vs. Texas
  • Spirit signs displayed at Bill Snyder Family Stadium
  • Homecoming Committee recognized and new Student Ambassadors announced during football half time

Spirit signs will be displayed on campus throughout the week before they are moved to the football stadium.
