Sparks flew Tuesday on Twitter as two Manhattan institutions made their once secret admiration of each other not-so-secret.
Kansas State’s Hale Library and the Manhattan Public Library possibly became an item after Hale tweeted at Manhattan Public Library on #DMYourCrushDay and the Manhattan Public Library replied.

Needless to say, they were smitten. Hale even complimented Manhattan Public Library on how it’s aged gracefully over its 116-year history.
