The Kansas State women’s golf team is headed to Dallas, Texas, to try and end the fall season on a high note at the Trinity Forest Golf Club.

The Wildcats are coming off a ninth-place finish in the Maryb S. Kauth Invitational. Senior Madison Talley led the way for the Wildcats, finishing in a tie for 12th at 1-under-par 215.

“It has been a great week of practice and the team is looking forward to playing at Trinity Forest,” head coach Kristi Knight said to K-State Sports.

K-State will send Talley, sophomore Chloe Weir, senior Paige Nelson, senior Katherine Gravel-Coursol and junior Connie Jaffrey to make up the scoring lineup. Freshman Tash Carlsson will compete as an individual.

The tournament will consist of 14 total teams and will play 36 holes today and 18 on Tuesday.
