To the editor,
There are many people who are still fearful even a week after the elections. I think it’s really important to highlight inclusivity right now, which the article, “Minority groups hang on to hope after elections” by Danielle Cook tries to do. Many people feel helpless right now because of the atmosphere in our country. Those who are a part of an ethnic minority or the LGBTQ community are among those who may be afraid. It is so important for them to know that they aren’t alone, and that people are out there who are willing to support and stand with them. I think this article does that somewhat, and that is what we need right now more than anything.
