In the M3 Turbo Air reach-in cooler, there was a clear plastic cup (without a handle) and a orange plastic cup (without a handle) being stored in direct contact with the mint chocolate chips and the chocolate chips. Corrected on-site, removed the cups.
KDA_4_70211 The three-compartment sink was set up and in use. It utilizes chlorine for sanitization and the concentration was at zero parts per million. Inspector primed the chemical dispenser (there was air in the line) and now the concentration is at 25 ppm. The person in charge added extra chlorine to the water solution, making the concentration 50 ppm.

The person in charge said it was made last night (held above 41 F for more than four hours). The ambient air temperature of the unit was reading 33 F. Corrected on-site, discarded.
