KDA_4_70211 The three-compartment sink was set up and in use. It utilizes chlorine for sanitization and the concentration was at zero parts per million. Inspector primed the chemical dispenser (there was air in the line) and now the concentration is at 25 ppm. The person in charge added extra chlorine to the water solution, making the concentration 50 ppm.
