Corrected on-site, cleaned/sanitized the meat slicer and moved the containers to the ware-wash area.

The temperatures were taken around 1:10 p.m. (less than four hours). The ambient air temperature of the unit was reading 35.2 F. Corrected on-site, discarded the eggs. Kept the lids closed. In the top right grill cooler drawer, there were raw ground beef patties at 45 F, 48 F and 48 F. The kitchen manager said the drawers have been opened/closed due to lunch rush (11 a.m. 1 p.m.). The temperatures were taken around 1:20 p.m. (less than four hours). The ambient air temperature of the unit was reading 40.3 F. Corrected on-site, placed the raw ground beef in the freezer to help cool down quickly. In the south side bar reach-in cooler, there was half-and-half at 49 F. The bartender said he has not used the product today but he has opened/closed the doors to serve drinks. The temperature was taken around 1:40 p.m. and the product has been in the cooler for more than four hours. The ambient air temperature of the unit was reading 40.8 F. Corrected on-site, discarded.
