This weekend, Brian Regan, a comedian with appearances on Comedy Central and “The Late Show with David Letterman” according to Regan’s website, will be in McCain Auditorium for one night.

For one hour, Regan said he hopes his audience enjoys his “wonderful nuggets of humor” that come from his life experiences.

“I like to be one of the many (comedians),” Regan said. “I hope I’m at least as funny as the other guy who made you laugh.”

Although this is Regan’s second visit to Manhattan, he said he has not had the chance to look around town and hopes he will be able to experience it this time.

Tickets for the performance range from $49 to $54. The show will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8.

“Look at the arts and leisure section of your local paper and if there is absolutely nothing else to do (this Thursday) then, by default, come to my show,” Regan said.
