The Kansas State men’s basketball team is headed to the NCAA tournament as an 11 seed. The Wildcats will take on Wake Forest Tuesday at 8:10 p.m. in the First Four in Dayton, Ohio.

The winner of that play-in game will play the No. 6 seed Cincinnati in Sacramento, California on Friday.

It is the first time the Wildcats have made the NCAA Tournament since 2014 when K-State lost in the first round to Kentucky.

The K-State women’s team will know their tournament fate after the women’s selection show Monday at 6 p.m.
