The Blotter: Collegian Editorial Board

The entire Collegian Editorial Board was caught committing crimes. The following is a list of editors and their crimes:

Jason Tidd, editor-in-chief: Making excessive dad jokes and cheering for KU and Wichita State in the NCAA tournament.

Danielle Cook, managing editor: Impersonating the stars and offering false horoscope predictions.

Kaitlyn Alanis, news editor: Publishing public information in the public’s interest.

Rafael Garcia, assistant news editor: Loitering at Kansas State Student Governing Association meetings.

Kelsey Kendall, feature editor: Minor in consumption of coffee.

Scott Popp, sports editor: Supporting “the chant.”

Caleb Snider, opinion editor: Sedition against the Trump administration.

Julia Hood and Abby Cambiano, copy chiefs: Assault on excessive wordiness and the cutting of redundancies.

Emily Starkey, multimedia editor: Stealing gummy bears from the editor-in-chief’s desk and relocating office ladders.

Nick Horvath, assistant multimedia editor: Deserting the multimedia editor in a time of need.

Audrey Hockersmith, design editor: Indecent covers of the Collegian.

Kaitlyn Alanis
Hi, I'm Kaitlyn Alanis, former news editor for the Collegian and a May 2017 graduate in agricultural communications and journalism. I have never tried a hamburger and I hate the taste of coffee, but I love writing stories and sharing what I learn with our readers. By writing for the Collegian, I can now not only sing along when the K-State Band plays "The Band is Hot," but I also know that most agriculture students did not grow up on a farm, how to use an AED to save someone's life and why there is a bust of MLK Jr. outside of Ahearn Field House. Thanks for reading!
