Trivia night for Project EXCELL — LEAD 252 (Honors Leadership)

LEAD 252 will host a trivia night at Arrow Coffee Co. Tuesday from 7:30-9 p.m. in support of Project EXCELL, “a non-profit funded program for adults with special needs in the Manhattan area.” This event is open to the public. Trivia teams are to be made up of six people and there will be an entry fee of $5 per person. More information about EXCELL, UFM and leadership at K-State will be available at the event.

Harmony in the ‘Hatt — Manhattan Nonviolence Initiative

The Manhattan Nonviolence Initiative will finish the 2017 Season for Nonviolence with its first annual Harmony in the ‘Hatt, an outdoor music festival “that celebrates commonalities and differences between each of us and our neighbors.” Artists will perform and speakers will present during the event. Harmony in the ‘Hatt is open to the public and free of charge “to encourage people to attend as they please and interact with their community in casual, non-structured ways.”
