Dallas Stars vs. Tampa Bay Lightning

The Lightning have been tearing it up this season due to arguably the best duo in the league. Steven Stamkos and Nikita Kucherov have been the most significant part of this team with 31 and 30 points on the season, respectively.

Dallas has had mixed results this season, leading them to the fourth place spot in the Central Division.

This game will be very tough for Dallas, as Tampa Bay has been playing very well offensively and defensively. The Stars will look to John Klingberg and Jamie Benn as their goal scorers and hope to catch the Lightning on an off night.

The puck will drop for this one on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.

Chicago Blackhawks (8-8-2) at Pittsburgh Penguins (9-7-3)

These two teams have incredible players, but have not been able to transition the individual skills to team wins quite yet in the season. Chicago blew a 4-1 lead against the New Jersey Devils on Sunday night, losing 7-5, and the Penguins lost in a shootout to the Nashville Predators.

The Penguins’ Sidney Crosby only has 5 goals in 19 games this season, which is very low for an elite player like him.

A similar story on the other team: Patrick Kane has only scored 6 goals in 18 games this season.

These teams are both looking to snap some cold streaks. Expect some physicality from players like Pittsburgh’s Ryan Reaves.

This game will be on Saturday at 6 p.m.
