This past week the Manhattan City Commission tabled an $800,000 proposal for the sale of a lot that would be used to build a new hotel and private parking structure in Aggieville. The City of Manhattan plans to bring it back in front of the City Commission in March. If Aggieville sees the completion of the hotel and garage, that would pave the way for a possible public parking garage that could add much more parking to the area.
