What: UPC Open Mic Night

Where: Wildcat Chamber, K-State Student Union
The Union Program Council will be hosting an Open Mic Night at 8 p.m. Monday in the Kansas State Student Union. Performances will include stand-up comedy, singing, poetry, karaoke and other student exhibitions. All performers are required to sign up at the door and are subject to Union and K-State policies. The event is free and open to the public.
What: Miss K-State Competition
When: Tuesday at 8 p.m.
Where: McCain Auditorium
The Delta Upsilon fraternity will host the sixth annual Miss K-State Competition at 8 p.m. Tuesday in McCain Auditorium. Women will represent campus and community organizations with performances showcasing their talents. Proceeds will go to Delta Upsilon’s international philanthropy, the Global Service Initiative. Tickets can be purchased from Delta Upsilon prior to the event or at McCain Auditorium’s box office Monday and Tuesday.
What: Zumba For a Cause
When: Wednesday at 8:30 p.m.
Where: Small Gym, Peters Recreation Complex
The Center for Advocacy, Response and Education, or CARE, and the K-State Recreational Services will sponsor a glow dance party in support of Sexual Assault Awareness Month at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Recreation Complex.
What: Nick Jonas concert
When: Thursday at 8 p.m.
Where: Bramlage Coliseum
UPC will be hosting multi-platinum, Grammy- and Golden Globe-nominated recording artist, actor and award-winning songwriter Nick Jonas in concert at 8 p.m. Thursday in Bramlage Coliseum. Student tickets are on sale for $20 and can be purchased from the Bramlage box office with a valid K-State student ID.
