As the semester ends and a new one begins, we are struggling with student loans and tuition statements while trying to get by.
I think we should change the way some of the privilege fees are handled. It’s a small expense compared to the others on our bills we receive each semester, but we have to start somewhere and start fighting against this before they raise the fees for the upcoming semester.
We as students don’t have time to utilize some of the fees we are charged for, therefore we are spending money on stuff we don’t need. If we take off some of the fees and only get billed accordingly for actual usage, it will knock down the price of the bill and save us a little bit of money in the long run.
We have stuff like printing and athletic admittance tied to our accounts already, so why not have usage tied to our accounts if utilized and then billed to us the following semester or before we graduate as seniors?
