While votes trickled in Tuesday night, it became clear early on who would represent the 66th and 67th districts in the Kansas State House of Representatives. Republican incumbent Tom Phillips will continue to support the 67th district, while Democrat incumbent Sydney Carlin will work on the behalf of the 66th.
