Channel 8: Closing campus for inclement weather is a complex decision, Vice President Bontrager says

Despite harsh winter weather in Kansas this year, Kansas State University has yet to cancel a full day of classes. Vice President for Administration and Finance Cindy Bontrager says the decision to close campus is one made with a lot of consideration.
