The Kansas Legislature returned from their spring break to a docket full of pressing matters. From a now-stalled measure to expand KanCare to dealing with a push for a state constitutional amendment to override the Kansas Supreme Court ruling on abortion, there are a few things to keep your eye on as the session progresses.
