Channel 8 news: Facing enrollment declines, student leadership looks at a change to the Privilege Fee

The Student Governing Association sent out an email to campus organizations that receive money from the Kansas State Student Privilege Fee to gauge how a 3 percent decrease to their budgets would impact their operations.
