TAKE A LOOK: COVID-19 in Riley County by the numbers on June 3


The Riley County Health Department reported one new case of COVID-19 on Wednesday, bringing the local total to 67. The most recent positive case is in a 61-year-old male who is a close contact of another known positive.

There is two residents currently hospitalized with COVID-19 related complications. One patient is on a ventilator.

Additionally, 58 of those who previously tested positive are considered to be recovered. There are only eight active cases in the county.

Riley County has documented one COVID-19-related death.

At this time, there have been 1,215 negative tests administered in the county, and 55 tests are pending. One person is being monitored for possible exposure.
