A little over a week after the Big 12 Conference released its 9+1 scheduling model, the Wildcats finally have a 2020 schedule set.

Kansas State will start out their season with their one nonconference game of the season at home against Arkansas State on Sept. 12, the latest start date for the Wildcats since 1992.

After a bye week, the Wildcats will open up Big 12 play on Sept. 26 at Oklahoma, followed by K-State’s first Big 12 home game of the season against Texas Tech on Oct. 3.

The Wildcats will then travel to Ft. Worth, Texas, on Oct. 10 for a matchup with TCU before K-State’s second bye week of the season. After the bye week, K-State will host in-state rival Kansas on Oct. 24.

Oct. 31 will be highlighted with a matchup between K-State and West Virginia in Morgantown, West Virginia. K-State will then enter the month of November with a home game against Oklahoma State on Nov. 7 followed by the Wildcats third bye week of the season.

Coming off the third bye week K-State will head to Ames, Iowa, to take on rival Iowa State on Nov. 21 followed by another road game at Baylor on Nov. 28. K-State will close out the regular season against Texas at home on Dec. 5.

The Big 12 Championship is also set for Saturday, Dec. 12 in Arlington, Texas, at AT&T Stadium.

More information is soon to follow as a teleconference for Big 12 commissioner Bob Bowlsby is set for 11 am, followed by a press conference from K-State athletic director Gene Taylor at 11:30 am.
