K-State offers online, in-person and hybrid classes to accommodate diminished classroom capacities. Each classroom is given a “COVID capacity” which accounts for people maintaining a six-foot distance.
Manhattan’s campus has 660 classrooms across 60 buildings and a majority of those have proper ventilation for holding classes. Updates are being done to rooms not up to the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers standard 62.1.
