For 24 hours, a Twitter poll asked students if they are registered to vote.

The deadline to register to vote in the 2020 general election next month was Tuesday, Oct. 13.

Of the 110 respondents, 85.5 percent indicated they are registered to vote. Another 1.8 participants said they hadn’t yet, but planned to by the end of the day Tuesday.

About nine percent of respondents said they were registered to vote elsewhere. The remaining 3.6 percent said they are not registered to vote and didn’t plan to.
