For 24 hours, a Twitter poll asked students if they or someone in their household had tested positive for COVID-19.

Since Aug. 17, the first day of classes at Kansas State, the county has added more than 2,400 new cases of COVID-19.

Of the 133 respondents, 70.7 percent indicated that no one in their household nor themselves have tested positive for COVID-19.

About 23 percent of the participants said someone in their household or themselves tested positive.

The remaining participants — about seven percent — said they are currently in quarantine.
