For 24 hours, a Twitter poll asked students where they’re attending virtual dead week and finals week from.

As part of Kansas State’s COVID-19 plan, students did not return for in-person instruction after Thanksgiving break, but instead will attend the final two weeks of the semester online.

Of the 83 respondents, 60.2 percent indicated that they are tuning in from Manhattan. About 31 percent of the participants said they’re attending class from their hometown.

The remaining participants — 8.4 percent — said they’re signing on from “somewhere else.”
