Kansas State men’s basketball star Nijel Pack is entering the transfer portal, according to ESPN’s Jeff Borzello.
Kansas State guard Nijel Pack is in the transfer portal, source told ESPN. Huge addition to the transfer list. Averaged 17.4 points, 3.8 rebounds, shot 43.6% from 3-point range. Lot of schools had their eyes on him. First-team All-Big 12 selection.

The sophomore guard led the Wildcats in points per game (17.4) en route to first-team all-conference honors.
The announcement comes nine days after Pack declared for the NBA draft.
Pack joins Selton Miguel, Luke Kasubke and Carlton Linguard Jr. on the list of players leaving Manhattan this offseason.

Pack released a statement on Twitter confirming the decision to enter the transfer portal.

In the statement, Pack said, “K-State will certainly be one of the schools I consider,” meaning Pack could return to Wildcats.
