The Riley County Police Department arrested 64-year-old chiropractor Clark Petersen Aug. 28 in connection to multiple alleged sex crimes, including 16 counts of sexual battery and one count each of rape, aggravated sexual battery, and lewd and lascivious behavior.
According to a news release by RCPD, the sex crimes reportedly took place in his office between 2018 and 2022.
Petersen is held at Riley County Jail on a $300,000 bond.
Aaron Wintermote, RCPD Public Information Officer, said details of the crimes will be kept private “because they are sex crimes.”
